CANTIGA PARA JÁ - PLACE DE LA REVOLUTION
Cantiga Para Já - Place de La Revolution
CANTIGA PARA JÁ, written by Jean-Pierre Sarrazac in collaboration with Cristina Mirjol, creates a foundation around three fundamental keys: utopia, song and square; of the twentieth century. Square that, besides being the physical place where it develops, symbolizes all those pillars that formed testimonies of historical moments that brought us violence, love and revolt. A piece that expresses the utopia of coexistence and revolution that Jose Afonso invented through the free rewriting of recent Portuguese history.
